Warranty & Support

  • Repair & Refurbished Equipment

    Depending on your purchased device, it will come with different levels of warranties. Upon having a defective device, we will ship you a new one, and you will send us the old one.
  • The Warranty

    While some items may carry a manufacture lifetime warranty, there may be some items with limited warranties. At the end of the day, we are here to serve you and make sure you have a working device.
  • Warranty Exclusions

    As long as the device was not tampered with or has any sign of altercation, we will work with you.
  • Shipping of New Device

    f we send you a new device, and you decide to not send us the defective one back, we will charge you for the new device. Our goal is to find out what caused the issue to help prevent further defective devices being sent in the future.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, SkyBoost offers a 14-day service cancellation policy during which you may request a stop of service by contacting customer support at 1.877.266.7810. Start-up customers working with tech support may be given an extension up to 30 days. If returning after 14 days the return must included the tech support ticket number from your customer portal. Customers meeting the guidelines will be given a 100% refund (less shipping charges). However, if the SkyBoost procedures are not followed you may incur a reduced refund or no refund at all.

Exceptions

The original product(s) must be returned in otherwise new condition with ALL original materials (original packaging, manuals and accessories). All returned items will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse, and if the product(s) is scratched, dirty, missing packaging/parts or in otherwise used condition your total refund will be decreased or denied.

You MUST contact us via support email before returning an order – if you return products without contacting SkyBoost for an RMA there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee that is applicable to all items being returned for a refund.

We are NOT obligated to offer full or partial refunds for returns WITHOUT an RMA number.

Any refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.

If you are returning a product that came with free accessories, you must return the free accessories as well. If you fail to return the accompanying free accessories, your refund will be reduced or you will be charged our regular sale price for the free items.
